Pain-Free Running in West Seattle

Now that I’m well past that 50 mark, running is becoming more pleasurable. It’s great that I’ve been able to teach myself how to run pain-free. This after not running for 30 years because of the belief that it was bad for my body.

This was the first video I shot (on August 25th) and posted since I started consistently, almost daily, putting up videos on YouTube.
